All our furnitures are proudly backed by a comprehensive one-year warranty covering the mechanisms, frame, and upholstery. This warranty ensures your peace of mind and guarantees the quality and craftsmanship of your purchase.

Please note that some accompanying accessories may carry a six-month warranty, in accordance with the manufacturer's specific recommendations. For these accessories, we strongly encourage you to thoroughly review the relevant instructions provided in your user manual. These instructions outline the proper usage conditions, and failure to follow them may unfortunately void your warranty coverage.

By understanding and adhering to the specified usage guidelines, you can maximise the lifespan and performance of your furniture and accessories.

We are committed to crafting furniture that is both beautiful and built to last. We stand behind this commitment with a comprehensive warranty program designed to ensure your complete satisfaction.

This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship for a period of one year from the original date of purchase. Should you encounter any issues with your gozen piece during this period, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the affected parts free of charge.

To activate your warranty, please retain your original purchase invoice and the Certificate of Authenticity (COA) located on the underside of your furniture. These documents will be required for any warranty claims.

We kindly ask that you return any defective parts to our warehouse address. You will be responsible for the packaging, postage, and any necessary postal insurance costs.

Please note that while the warranty covers the labour costs associated with repairs performed by RekaCARE, it does not extend to any fees incurred for professional engineers you may choose to involve.

When reporting a potential defect, please ensure you have readily available your original purchase invoice and COA.

In the event that a returned product or part is deemed to be free of defects, you will be responsible for any incurred transportation, labour, or part costs.

For the safety of our employees and the general public, we require that all returned products be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to shipment. Please note that sending contaminated items through the postal system or other delivery services constitutes a criminal offence. gozen reserves the right to refuse any products deemed to pose a health hazard.

Any unauthorised attempt to repair or dismantle gozen furniture by individuals other than the manufacturer will void the warranty. Please refrain from altering the design or adapting the furniture in any way, as this will also invalidate your warranty coverage.
